Please pray for mom . . .

It's a phone call no one wants to receive, but one we will all receive once or twice in our lives. Last night about 10:00 my father telephoned from Belgium (where he and my mom serve as church planting missionaries). On their way home from Sunday services, my mom experienced numbness on the right side of her body.

Hospital tests revealed that mom had experienced a minor stroke, also called a TIA. Thankfully TIAs are not considered serious in and of themselves, but they can indicate more serious problems.

Would you please pray for Molly (Molly Mckenna's namesake, by the way), as she continues to undergo medical tests this week? Pray that the initial diagnosis will be confirmed and that doctors can develop a treatment plan that will help prevent additional strokes. Thanks!

Please give my love to Molly, Lee. I was just in Birch Bay last week and was remembering the nice time Molly and I had when she came up to join me for a night.

TIA's can serve as early warning signals, so I pray that will be the result here and that the doctors will be able to find the root cause of this problem and resolve it.

Love to you all.

Hi Lee & Brooke!

Just wanted to let you know I'm praying for your mom, Lee. Have you found out anything else? Also, I love the vacation picture. Mckenna is growing fast!

Miss you guys! Can't wait to see you in November!

Love,
Suzanne
